Summary:
The main objective of this study is to analyze the sociodemographic profile of women sentenced to alternative criminal measures to prison. This allowed us to understand the social and criminological profile of women sentenced to alternative criminal measures and sentence suspensions, taking into account a gender perspective, to analyze the psychological profile, observing gender-based differences, and to examine the criminal backgrounds of this group and their perception of the experience with alternative criminal measures.
